Mujeres. Festival Internacional de Fotografía Fotoméxico
FotoMéxico es una plataforma para la investigación, difusión y producción de la fotografía nacional e internacional en México, que se celebra cada dos años en importantes espacios expositivos de ese país. Desde el 23 de octubre de 2019 y hasta fines de este mes, presenta 140 exposiciones en 22 estados de México, así como un amplio programa de actividades, talleres y conferencias, con una asistencia estimada en más de dos millones de visitantes. Tras dos ediciones, tituladas «Coleccionismo» y «Latitudes», la tercera versión de FotoMéxico busca visibilizar la producción fotográfica realizada por mujeres.
SUEÑO DE SOLENTINAME
La exposición «Dream of Solentiname» (Sueño de Solentiname), curada por Pablo León de la Barra, Nicola Lees y Ellesse Bartosik, analiza este movimiento espiritual, político y artístico que se desarrolló en el archipiélago nicaragüense, así como su impacto en los artistas que trabajaron en Nueva York durante la década de 1980, cuando la guerra contra el nuevo gobierno sandinista estaba en curso.
