ECOFEMINISM(S)
Ecofeminism is grounded in spiritual feminism, which insists that everything is connected –that nature does not discriminate between soul and matter. This exhibition presents some of the strategies of ecofeminist art, by its pioneers as well as the youngest generation of artists. It also provokes the question: if the ecofeminist art of the 1970s and 1980s was largely defined by Goddess art, ritual performances, anti-nuclear work, and feminist land art, what makes female environmental artists working today ecofeminists?

En el contexto actual de regresión de los derechos, el proyecto «¡Feminismos!», que se presenta en el Centro de Cultura Contemporánea de Barcelona (CCCB) hasta el 1° de diciembre de 2019, quiere reivindicar la aportación capital de las luchas por la igualdad y la diversidad de los feminismos que han cambiado definitivamente nuestra manera de entender el mundo. El proyecto reúne las exposiciones «La Vanguardia Feminista de los años 70. Obras de la Verbund Collection, Viena» y «Coreografías del género», junto a un extenso programa de actividades para poner de manifiesto el diálogo, las continuidades y las rupturas entre el feminismo radical de los años setenta y los feminismos actuales.
